1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.pdfprofessionals.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

PDF Professionals provides online tools to manipulate PDF files (compression, conversion, merging, splitting, etc.). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that PDF Professionals assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct and File Content

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload. You agree not to upload:

  • Files containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or damage functionality.
  • Files that infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.

4. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the Service. Your files remain yours. We only access the files for the purpose of performing the requested operation (e.g., compressing or converting), and as stated in our Privacy Policy, these files are deleted automatically.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDF Professionals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service.

6. Modifications to Service

PDF Professionals reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
